We know many of you are worried about the recent events in the news. We understand your concerns and want to assure you that our team is taking all of the necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of our patients, our team and our community.

As you know, it is standard practice for our team to wear gloves, masks, and protective eyewear. In addition to our treatment room disinfection and sterilization procedures, we have instituted a stringent protocol of wiping down high touch surfaces in the reception area as well. As always, alcohol-based hand sanitizer and wipes are readily available for patient use.

In order to continue providing the treatment and care for our patients, we kindly ask that if you have recently traveled abroad that you let our office know and we may postpone any procedures for 14 days. If you are experiencing any symptoms, such as a spike in fever, cough or difficulty breathing, please cancel your appointment with us and seek an evaluation by your primary care physician. We want all of our patients to remain healthy during this time. We will be happy to schedule you when you are feeling better.

UniCare Dental values not only dental health, but the overall health of our patients, staff, and families. We will continue to monitor the situation closely and evaluate additional measures as necessary.

We remain dedicated to serving you every day with the same commitment to our values you’ve come to know. Thank you for helping to protect our patients, our families, and our community from COVID-19 and other viruses.  Should you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by phone at 713-995-4000.
